Privacy Policy
Last updated: [date]
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run this website and reply to enquiries. This page explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.
01Who is responsible
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
[Legal company name]
[Registered address]
Email: info@agency-verse.com
02Contact form & project planner
When you send an enquiry through the contact form or the project planner (/start), we process the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company, website or social handle, project details (niche, services, goals, timeline, budget range), and your message.
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a possible engagement. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and, where you tick the consent box in the planner, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
03Email delivery
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), acting as our processor. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. [Confirm the email provider and transfer mechanism in use]
04Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by [Hosting provider, e.g. Vercel Inc.]. When you visit, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, browser type, and the referring page. This is necessary to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a stable, secure website). Logs are deleted after [retention period, e.g. 30 days].
06External links
Links to Instagram and other platforms take you to services operated by third parties. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this website.
07How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and for up to [retention period, e.g. 24 months] afterwards unless an engagement follows — in which case statutory retention periods for business records apply.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
- have your data erased (Art. 17)
- restrict processing (Art. 18)
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3))
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77)
Where UAE data protection law applies, you have comparable rights. To exercise any of them, email info@agency-verse.com.
